On April 12, Sisters Ezuela and Magdalena from the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Elizabeth visited our parish again.<\/p>\n

With the blessing of the rector of our parish, Fr. Ditmar, there was a meeting of children, timed to coincide with the feast of Palm Sunday, the theme of the meeting \"Holy Week\".<\/p>\n

At the beginning, the sisters explained to the children what Palm Sunday means, and also discussed the meaning of the Holy Tridenza, during which the faithful remember the agony and death of Christ. It is the formation of spiritual values in children by the example of Holy Scripture, should be a springboard in the pursuit of a godly life. Jesus is the guide on the path to holiness for children. The Lord teaches us to be humble, how we can imitate this virtue, and the sisters and the children thought about it.<\/p>\n

Then there was a master class and everyone started decorating willow trees.<\/p>\n

After the creative work it was time for outdoor play, the day was incredibly warm and sunny and in the afternoon the children made Easter cards. The meeting ended with the prayer of the Holy Rosary before the Blessed Sacrament and Holy Mass.<\/p>\n

We thank the sisters for their help in organizing the feast and the spiritual education of our little parishioners.<\/p>\n
